Reality Training is growing fast. We run three businesses, our training company, a marketing consultancy Reality Media and an Executive Search company, Reality Search.
We are currently looking for three types of people:
Full Time Sales Trainers
Associate/Freelance Trainers
Search and Selection Directors
| Sales Trainers: Our USP is that we always train as a double act - in order to grow our business we are looking for talented trainers who can win and develop their own business whilst delivering our large list of courses. If you have experience in media or are a very experienced sales person with training experience we want to hear from you.
Freelance Trainers: From time to time one of us is ill, or simply cannot get to a training day. We need people who can step in at a moments notice and do a good job. If you are a trainer with personality then please contact us.
Search and Selection Directors: If you are good with people, not telephone shy and know something about recruitment you may be perfect for us. if you live in the North Bucks/Oxon area then even better! You could earn thousands helping us search and select individuals who want to find better career opportunities.
