Objectives
This module gives managers from different businesses the chance to come together and share experiences and offer alternative approaches to be tested. Through a series of exercise, debates and discussions, they can share ideas and decide what actions can be taken into their workplaces to improve efficiency and teamwork.

Over this 1 day course you are challenged to look at your people management style, your current systems and encouraged to test new approaches. Through the sharing of theories, discussions and exercises you will try different scenarios and study perceptions. The module concentrates on theories and then puts these into practice. The skills and knowledge you learn or rediscover will improve your effectiveness and serve to increase productivity, profitability and staff motivation.
Fees
£375 with an early bird booking incentive of £48 off if booked before 7th April. Making it £327 plus VAT
This includes all refreshments and lunch.
Your Reality training fee include two trainers, the module content and a full set of training notes for each person we train (this is a true record of exactly what was covered).

This means we consider the full impact of our work.
- We practice what we preach - we are still training and selling. We learn something new everyday, from each meeting we have, every training day we have, when we work with you too. We have much to learn, and love the process.
- We use technology appropriately in our training and sometimes with dramatic effect. Playing audios, going online, and showing film clips. We can achieve a huge amount with a flip chart and a pen, and know when to stimulate the other senses through other learning methods.
- We have created an extensive range of training modules and dedicate time to updating and refining these before every single course we run. When we are not training, we are researching our content, selling, or having meetings about training. We have the luxury of making time to read the very latest business books so that if you can't we've got the best parts to share with you. We are keen to suggest recommended reading on most business subjects, please just ask.
- As well as seeing us on the days we train there are other days when we are working for you. Where we prepare your training content which involves researching your market, competitors and buyers. We then spend time producing your training notes. Our bespoke notes mean you get an actual, true record of what we've covered and what was said.

There is no car parking at Woburn House. The nearest parking is on metered parking in Tavistock Square. There are also parking meters in neighbouring streets. The nearest long-stay car park is NCP Russell Court on the corner of Woburn Place and Coram Street WC1.

The main entrance to Woburn House is opposite the gardens at the north end of Tavistock Square. There are two goods entrances in Tavistock Square and Upper Woburn Place. Please report to the reception desk at the main entrance to arrange for either goods entrance to be opened.
