  1. From the moment you make an enquiry to the end of your project you will deal with the same person. That person will also be one of your trainers. This means you will always deal with the person who knows you best.
  2. We don't use associate or freelance trainers; every trainer who trains for Reality Training is employed by Reality Training. Every trainer is also responsible for managing their clients. This means that the trainers are totally behind the content they deliver, they will have written it and designed your training course.
  3. The two directors have twenty nine years of combined successful business experience. We aren't rookies and we don't need to be thinking of retiring yet.
  4. All our core modules are two trainer courses - ninety per cent of the training market offers one trainer. The advantage of two trainers is that you get closer observation of your group, and each trainer can see how to support the other. This results in your group enjoying a greater focus and a variety of training styles. Preferring one trainer over the other is a luxury you can afford!
  5. Our courses are lively, highly entertaining and memorable due to our skills as professional actors and presenters. This means that those skills we gained are being used to help businesses and not resigned to our memories.
  6. Our understanding of marketing, (we own Reality Media, a marketing consultancy), means we are better able to relate to the sales and marketing disciplines within your organisation. We understand the challenges of combining two disciplines/teams. This means we consider the full impact of our work.
  7. We practice what we preach - we are still training and selling. We learn something new everyday, from each meeting we have, the meeting we'll have with you too.
  8. We use technology appropriately and sometimes with dramatic effect. Playing audios, going online and showing film clips. We can achieve a huge amount with a flip chart and a pen, and know when to stimulate the other senses through other learning methods.
  9. We have created an extensive range of training modules and dedicate time to updating and refining these before every course. When we are not training, we are researching our content, selling, having meetings about training, reading or writing about sales and management -learning as much as we can.
  10. As well as seeing us on the training days there are other days when we are working for you, where we prepare your training content which involves researching your market, competitors and buyers. We then spend time producing your training notes. Our bespoke notes mean you get an actual, true record of what we've covered and what was said.
